As Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth and safe overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring both guest satisfaction and operational security.
You will:
- Oversee night audits, end-of-day reporting, and financial reconciliation
- Act as the primary point of contact for all guest issues and emergencies overnight
- Ensure guest check-ins/outs are completed efficiently and professionally
- Monitor the building鈥檚 security and perform regular night walks and health & safety checks
- Assist with cleaning, stock control, and light F&B duties where required
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reception to ensure next-day readiness
- Support and guide any night staff on duty, ensuring policies and standards are followed
- Respond to fire alarms or incidents in line with the hotel鈥檚 emergency procedures
