- Oversee daily F&B operations across all services.
- Shape the vibe through lighting, music, flow, and atmosphere.
- Maintain the Social Hub鈥檚 curated TRIBE style and presentation.
- Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth.
- Use product knowledge to upsell and enhance experiences.
- Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead by example in standards, pace, and professionalism.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Manage stock, ordering, POS accuracy, and rosters.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and equipment standards.
- Support other departments as needed, including grab & go and check鈥慽ns.
