What you will be doing:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to ensure exceptional satisfaction
- Proudly promote hotel services, amenities, and loyalty programs, enhancing the guest experience and driving engagement
- Accurately process reservations, room assignments, billing, and payments
- Collaborate closely with Guest Services, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and folios in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- Adhere to brand standards, safety guidelines, and data privacy requirements
