With a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing job tasks, this role has plenty of variety. You'll work alongside the Venue Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your role includes but isn't limited to the following tasks:
Motivate the Food & Beverage team to deliver consistent, high-quality service to our guests
Supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events when required
Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional and friendly service at all times
Promote Accor鈥檚 Heartist service culture and create memorable guest experiences across all shifts
Greet guests, take orders and provide attentive table service
Prepare and serve coffees to brand standards
Set up, refill, maintain and clean buffet and coffee stations
Assist with operational set-up, service and pack-down for restaurant and event operations
Set up, refill and clean conference and event areas
Upsell and promote hotel food and beverage offerings to maximise revenue
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all F&B areas
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standard operating practices
Work independently on shifts and support the Food & Beverage Venue Manager as required
This is a Full-Time role, working across a rotating roster of 7 days per week, with working hours ranging from 6.00am through to 9.30pm.
