Strategic Revenue Leadership
- Lead and execute revenue strategy for Mercure Vung Tau (80 rooms) and ibis Styles Vung Tau (250 rooms)
- Drive RevPAR index growth, ADR optimization and occupancy balance across segments
- Develop short-, mid- and long-term pricing strategies aligned to demand cycles
- Maximize total hotel profitability, not just topline rooms revenue
Forecasting & Performance Management
- Prepare rolling forecasts, budgets and monthly outlooks with clear action plans
- Analyse pace, pickup, demand trends and competitor performance
- Present weekly and monthly performance insights to executive team and ownership
- Identify revenue risks and opportunities early and implement corrective strategies
Distribution & Channel Optimisation
- Optimize channel mix across direct, OTA, TO and corporate segments
- Ensure rate parity, inventory control and distribution cost efficiency
- Leverage Accor distribution platforms and loyalty ecosystem
- Drive direct booking strategy and digital contribution
Commercial Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and E-commerce on need-period strategy
- Support group pricing, MICE and long-stay strategy
- Lead weekly revenue and commercial strategy meetings
- Work closely with Front Office & Reservations to optimize upsell and inventory
Systems & Reporting
- Ensure effective use of RMS (IDeaS preferred), TARS, Lighthouse and BI tools
- Maintain strong data integrity and reporting discipline
- Drive a culture of fact-based decision making
