We are seeking an exceptional Night Manager to join our prestigious hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
- Assist the Room Divisions Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations and guest services
- Coordinate front desk activities to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Collaborate with the Room Divisions Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in recruiting, training, and evaluating front desk team members
- Foster a positive team dynamic that empowers staff to consistently deliver superior guest service
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to maintain high operational standards
- Supervise reservation management, ensuring all special requests are accommodated
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their stay and proactively address any concerns
- Implement and promote the hotel's loyalty program
- Work closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist in managing budgets and financial targets for the Front Office department
- Stay updated on local events and attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests
