- Supervise and lead food and beverage staff during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company standards, procedures, and performance expectations
- Schedule staff shifts, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational demands and maintain service quality
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality to maintain consistent excellence and uphold brand standards
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and local health codes specific to Cairo operations
- Manage inventory levels, track stock usage, analyze consumption patterns, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste and control costs effectively
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Train, mentor, and develop team members on service protocols, food safety practices, company policies, and professional growth opportunities
