Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue for the luxury hotel
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other senior leaders to develop an overall marketing strategy that supports the hotel's business objectives
Manage the hotel's website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives
Develop and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
Work with internal stakeholders to create and distribute effective collateral materials, including brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to drive occupancy and revenue during low season periods
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively
Manage the marketing budget and make recommendations for how to allocate resources to maximize ROI
