What you will be doing
Administration duties include: Scheduling, purchase order system, inventory, labor analysis, assigning work, scheduling work with contractors, monthly department meetings, trainings and other admin duties that will assist the Director in the Engineering Department.
路 Assist with forecast, budget and other financial tools for the department.
路 Participate in and sit in meetings in the absence of the Director.
路 Review daily reports, arrival, VIP, Group ensuring proper preparation for shift
