Basin Glacial Waters - Facility Attendant

Basin Glacial Waters is a brand new, highly anticipated Wellness Facility that will offer guests a truly luxurious experience. As part of our Facility team you will have the opportunity to interact with patrons while providing a once in a lifetime experience while also adhering to specific standards and supporting the overall success of the department.

Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: March 2026
Pay Rate: $20.25/Hour

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for maintaining the Basin premises;  clean, replenish stock of all amenities, toiletries and linens and answer any guest inquiries
• Support in dispensing robes, towels and sandals to guests
• Ensuring that all public areas of the facility are clean and reflect a luxury experience for our guests
• Support the Lounge Servers in clearing
• Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner, check and clean lockers when needed
• Direct members/guests to appointments and assist them with use of sauna, steam whirlpool etc.
• Other duties as assigned
