We鈥檙e looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to lead revenue growth across our MICE, Corporate, and Leisure segments. This is a key sales role within our iconic five-star hotel, focused on proactive business development, strategic account management and strong conversion performance across key market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales action plans across MICE, corporate and leisure markets to achieve revenue and market share objectives
- Proactively identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PCOs, incentive agencies, corporate decision-makers, wholesalers and leisure partners
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, driving retention, negotiated agreements and incremental revenue
- Convert inbound enquiries efficiently with timely follow-up, strategic negotiation and attention to detail
- Collaborate with Accor National Sales and internal hotel departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities and deliver seamless client experiences
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and performance reporting to support commercial strategy
- Represent Pullman Cairns International at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate measurable ROI
