Reporting to the Director of Spa & Wellness, you will oversee all day-to-day spa operations while driving performance, standards, and guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing spa team
- Driving revenue growth and achieving monthly KPIs
- Managing rosters, labour cost control and productivity benchmarks
- Retail strategy and sales performance
- Maintaining Forbes / 5-star service standards
- Guest journey oversight and service recovery
- Stock management and supplier relationships
- Supporting wellness programming and activations
- Ensuring compliance, hygiene, and operational excellence
