Food & Beverage Attendant

Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service and ensuring that it meets guests’ expectations to the highest standard through following hygienic food and beverage handling procedures and being confident with menu and beverage knowledge.

The role works in a team environment during the day-to-day service periods of the restaurant, delivering room service, conferencing and bar service function with a distinct focus on providing excellence in our guest service. We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a passion to our team and in this role you will:

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
• Show confidence with and become competent in the knowledge of our dining menus and wine list knowledge to maximise sales to guests.
• Be able to work effectively in a team and take initiative when completing individual tasks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and resolve any issues in a timely manner with positive outcomes.
• Achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
