Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner)

This role is based within our Qantas Club, Business Lounge and Chairmans' Lounge at Canberra Airport. Our Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner) will bring their passion for service to our three lounge spacing. They will be dedicated to creating a welcoming and inviting pre-flight experience for our guest.

Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Lead by example providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service to all guest
• Assist with supervision of front of house team to support the Duty Manager
• Initial point of contact for guest and team challenges
• Communicate directly with front of house team and management to provide them with all relevant information
• Maintain and improve quality service in our lounges
• Ensure all team members are following Accor and Qantas policies
• Proactively promote a safe workplace

As our Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner), you must have availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, with shifts primary starting at 1230 - 2100
