ALL about the role:
Often the first point of guest contact, your main role is assisting and completing individual and group reservations for our guests - ensuring a smooth start to their stay with us and leading our Reservations team as well as:
- Meeting the needs of inbound FIT reservations and groups from the taking of the inquiry, conversion of the business, assisting with organization of the group, through to ensuring successful on-site coordination of the group
- Maintain fluency with the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
- Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and rate codes
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with different channels
- Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers
- Accommodate and document special requests
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests
- Set-up proper billing accounts according to Finance policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues or escalate/refer to appropriate department
