Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring proper setup of the bar area and tables according to standards.
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, adhering to departmental standards and LQA service standards.
- Greet patrons warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and at the correct temperature.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize sales revenue, cross-selling other dining venues when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully, reporting any issues to management promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, hygiene, and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Supervise assigned work stations and assist in overseeing outlet operations in the absence of management.
- Collaborate with other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times or when required.
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by management, staying updated on hotel services, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
