As the Team Leader Restaurant, you will be responsible for the bar, restaurant, room service, and banqueting guests dining in the restaurant. You will actively contribute creative and innovative ideas while maintaining a strong and visible presence on the floor. At the same time, you effectively manage all behind-the-scenes tasks that support and empower the team.
You support the team and supervisors, coaching them to elevate service standards. Additionally, you will frequently assume the role of Duty Manager, overseeing the entire hotel. In this role, you will report directly to our F&B Manager, Filipe.
