Key Responsibilities
Evening Turndown & Guest Comfort
- Deliver refined evening turndown service in assigned guest rooms, following brand and hotel standards precisely.
- Prepare rooms for rest by refreshing beds, adjusting lighting, closing curtains, and creating a calm, inviting atmosphere.
- Replace linens and towels as required and replenish guest amenities with care and consistency.
- Set up turndown touches such as tea service, bedtime amenities, handwritten notes, or departure gifts where applicable.
- Ensure each room reflects a sense of quiet luxury, comfort, and readiness for sleep.
Cleanliness, Detail & Room Readiness
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness during turndown, completing light touch-ups and visual resets as needed.
- Follow established procedures and checklists to ensure consistent, error-free room presentation.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, room condition concerns, or guest preferences promptly to the PM Supervisor.
- Handle guest belongings and room contents with discretion, respect, and integrity at all times.
Professional Presence & Team Support
- Interact with guests in a courteous, calm, and discreet manner, responding to requests or directing them appropriately.
- Maintain fully stocked, organized carts and supplies throughout the shift.
- Support evening housekeeping operations and collaborate with PM Housekeeping leadership as required.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper linen handling and sanitation protocols.
