Key Responsibilities
Guest Connection
- Warmly welcome late-night arrivals and assist with luggage, valet, and room orientation
- Provide thoughtful service to early-morning departures, ensuring they feel seen and supported
- Respond promptly and discreetly to overnight guest requests (transport, amenities, information)
- Serve as a quiet ambassador of the property, maintaining a calm, reassuring presence overnight
Operational Excellence
- Perform regular checks of the lobby, driveway, and public areas
- Prepare the day’s valet queue, shuttle schedule, and luggage storage
- Support overnight security presence by reporting unusual activity or safety concerns
- Assist with staging and preparing guest spaces for the next day’s arrivals and departures
- Safely operate guest vehicles, hotel vehicles, and 20-passenger shuttle buses
Team & Culture
- Collaborate with Night Audit, Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth overnight operations and a seamless transition into the day.
- Work independently and reliably during quiet hours, maintaining consistency and professionalism throughout each shift.
- Support team goals by preparing spaces, vehicles, and guest services for the day ahead.
