At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is known for refined dishes, bold flavours, and impeccable presentation. We鈥檙e now seeking an energetic and guest focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service that exceeds our guests expectations.
What you鈥檒l be doing:
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings
- Support the Assistant Managers with the breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Input orders promptly ensuring the kitchen can fulfill their duties effectively
- Be involved in the service of conference and events functions
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
