The Sous Chef β Italian Cuisine supports the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations with a focus on authentic and contemporary Italian dishes. Responsible for maintaining high food quality, consistency, and presentation standards in line with Palace policies.

Supervise preparation of Italian cuisine.
Ensure food quality, hygiene (HACCP), and portion control standards.
Assist in menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
Train and supervise junior culinary colleagues.
