As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of all Marketing activities. You will ensure seamless organisation, strong brand alignment, and maximum exposure across media and partner networks.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, persuasive, confident and commercially minded.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship & Partnerships
Support the Director of Marketing in developing and maintaining an effective sponsorship and events filing system
Build and maintain a database of potential sponsors, identifying targeted opportunities for specific events
Lead negotiations with potential sponsors to secure commercially advantageous partnerships
Draft sponsorship proposals, negotiation correspondence, and appreciation letters
Ensure all sponsor branding is delivered in line with contractual agreements
Oversee and manage all materials provided by sponsors
Events & Promotions
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events and promotions
Attend and support all hotel events and activations
Capture professional photographs at internal events, banquet functions, conferences, and VIP visits
Host media representatives, strategic partners, and top clients during property functions
Media & Public Relations
Support the Director in maintaining strong relationships with local, national, and international media (print and digital)
Assist in securing maximum coverage for events and promotional campaigns
Support the production of promotional materials, gathering data and collateral as required
