As Content Manager, you will develop and execute a content strategy aligned with both short-term campaigns and long-term brand positioning. You will work closely with Marketing and Design to ensure consistent storytelling across all platforms, from website and social media to PR campaigns and sponsorship initiatives.
This role combines creativity with structure, strategy with execution, and storytelling with performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with marketing objectives
Plan website content, tone of voice, layout and storytelling approach in collaboration with Marketing and Design teams
Generate creative campaign concepts including written messaging and visual direction
Content Creation & Optimisation
Create high-engagement content that reflects the brand鈥檚 luxury positioning
Write and optimise SEO-driven copy using targeted keywords while maintaining engaging storytelling
Rewrite and refine copy to ensure clarity, accessibility and impact
Continuously generate fresh ideas to attract and retain audience attention
Brand, Compliance & Best Practice
Ensure all content complies with copyright, data protection and relevant regulations
Stay up to date with industry trends and digital best practices
Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark content performance and identify opportunities
Media, Sponsorship & External Relations
Draft professional correspondence related to sponsorship proposals, negotiations and appreciation letters
Maintain strong relationships with local, national and international media (print and digital)
Support maximising media coverage for events and promotional activities
Guest Engagement & Communication
Respond to guest inquiries regarding property facilities and services with clarity and professionalism
Record and relay communications accurately and efficiently
