We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales operations across Chennai and Bangalore regions, based out of our Udaipur office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to capture market opportunities in the competitive MICE industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with visionary leadership to expand our market presence and establish our organization as a preferred partner for corporate events and conferences.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the Chennai and Bangalore territories
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional performance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers, and decision-makers in the MICE sector
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic planning and identify new business opportunities
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reviews and insights to senior management
