What you will be doing:
- Coordinate Owner and Guest reservations and benefits in alignment with project documents.
- Serve as a primary source of information for the team, Owners, and guests while acting as a liaison with all lodge departments.
- Manage and maintain all pre鈥慳rrival itinerary processes.
- Build and nurture strong Owner relationships to support brand and property loyalty.
- Utilize Owner and Resident profiles to provide highly personalized and anticipatory service.
