- Set and reset tables correctly within the guidelines
- Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests
- Assist servers in any way with supplies, food, and beverage
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menu, food preparation
- Some wine knowledge
- Expedite clean products to all areas
- Restock service stations
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations
- Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses
- Other duties as assigned
- Side work duties
