To be of service. To ensure a consistent, correct and quality plate presentation for all food coming off the hot line and to support and assist servers in a timely delivery of dinners to the guests. Duties include
- Exceed guestsβ expectations
- Ensure a consistent, correct and quality plate presentation
- Support and assist servers in timely delivery of dinners to guests
- Work with chef to make sure stations are set up correctly
- Maintain order on pick up side of line
- Serve courses correctly β deliver dinner courses
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menus and food preparation
- Clear excess dishes on table to maintain clean and orderly appearance
- Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses
- Side work duties
- Be safety conscious, especially regarding spills
- Side work as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
