Manage the daily operations of the Fairmont Gold Lounge, ensuring seamless and superior service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold excellence in guest service and operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory control, budgeting, and cost management for the department.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
