The Sales & Marketing Support Executive plays a key role in supporting the execution of the resort鈥檚 sales and marketing activity during an exciting pre-opening and relaunch phase. Based on property in Bermuda, this role helps drive brand visibility, lead coordination, campaign delivery, and commercial momentum across multiple channels.
Working closely with the Area Director, Sales & Marketing and Director, Marketing & Communications, alongside the Sales Manager and wider Commercial team, you will support the successful re-entry of Fairmont Southampton into key markets - ensuring strong brand presence, organized lead management and seamless coordination between Marketing and Sales functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, digitally confident, creatively minded, and eager to build a career in luxury hospitality sales and marketing.
What you will be doing:
Marketing & Digital Support
- Support the development and execution of digital and print marketing materials in line with Fairmont brand standards
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across key platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and reopening communications
- Track campaign performance and support reporting on engagement, reach, and marketing effectiveness
- Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints including on-property collateral, digital platforms, and presentations
- Support content capture coordination including photography, influencer visits, and activation moments
Sales & Commercial Support
- Coordinate incoming sales inquiries and support timely client follow-up
- Track sales leads, opportunities, and activity within CRM systems
- Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral aligned with reopening positioning
- Support promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives tied to reopening
- Help ensure clear communication flow between Marketing and Sales to maintain alignment and momentum
Collaboration & Coordination
- Support cross-departmental coordination for events, promotions, and marketing activations
- Organize sales and marketing files, reports, and documentation
- Attend team meetings, capturing notes and tracking key actions and deadlines
- Provide on-property marketing support during events, media visits, and key commercial moments
