Develop and execute comprehensive pre-opening marketing and PR campaigns to generate buzz and awareness, including partnering with creative agencies and internal teams to make this happen.
Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies, including supporting brand positioning efforts to differentiate the hotel in a competitive market.
Ensure consistency and alignment of all marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital, traditional and experiential channels as well as the digital landscape.

Promote a culture of collaboration and creativity, leading and mentoring a marketing team.
