A practical, hands-on maintenance role in a luxury hotel environment. This is a true on-the-tools position, supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and responding to maintenance requests as they arise. You鈥檒l play a key role in keeping guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas running smoothly, while assisting with preventative maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest and colleague maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner utilising Hub OS.
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular checks of plant rooms, safety equipment and essential hotel infrastructure.
- Escalate and support more complex repairs by coordinating with contractors and external trades.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with WHS requirements and hotel safety standards.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of maintenance tasks and completed works.
