We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations within our hotel.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms department, ensuring service standards are consistently met with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, implementing solutions to create memorable experiences
- Participate in yield management meetings and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue
- Monitor key performance indicators for the Front Office department and take corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate Front Office documents and records in compliance with operational and organizational requirements
- Ensure all Front Office areas adhere to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Optimize room inventory usage through monitoring, control, and feedback to support departments
- Organize work assignments, schedules, and vacations to ensure optimal utilization of manpower
- Train, guide, and support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming experiences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service across the hotel
- Adapt to the local culture and customs of Jakarta to enhance guest satisfaction
