As our Assistant Accountant, you鈥檒l play a key role in supporting the hotel鈥檚 financial operations during the pre-opening phase, soft opening, and ongoing day-to-day business. You鈥檒l work closely with our Finance Controller, GM, and department leaders to ensure the smooth running of accounts, payroll, reporting and compliance.
Main Functions
Manage Accounts Receivable using Opera PMS (billing, posting, debt follow-up)
Support Payroll processing and compliance
Handle Accounts Payable: invoice processing, supplier reconciliations & payments
Assist with Purchasing via Purchase Plus
Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations & reporting
Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requirements
