Swiss么tel Sydney is seeking a passionate and driven Learning & Development Officer to join our People & Culture team. This role plays a key part in supporting the learning journey of our Heartists庐, ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Accor and Swiss么tel brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, deliver, and support learning and development programs across all hotel departments
Facilitate hotel induction programs and mandatory compliance training
Support leadership development initiatives and internal talent development programs
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and support performance development
Partner with managers to design and deliver effective departmental induction and on-the-job training programs.
