- Oversee all aspects of Turkish cuisine preparation, ensuring authenticity and consistency with Fairmont's culinary standards
- Develop, design, and execute innovative Turkish menus that showcase traditional techniques and contemporary creativity
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to meet luxury hospitality standards
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local and international regulations
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and optimize procurement of Turkish and specialty ingredients
- Collaborate with the executive team to plan special events, themed dinners, and culinary experiences
