•Overlooking 1 all day dining restaurant with a Churrascaria and Steakhouse concept, 1 Pizzeria – Trattoria restaurant, 1 Sports Bar, In-Room Dining and a large meeting and conference space of 1,100 sqm.
•Maintain a professional and transparent relationship with team members and peers.
•Lead, recommend and plan food promotion with the DFB and the outlets sous chefs to maintain the food product attractive to our regular guests
•Lead by example, result oriented, hands on, adaptable to market situation and open minded to changes.
