Process individual and group reservations by mail and or telephone for a Cluster of four midscale hotels
Make the necessary input into different systems (Opera and Resaweb) to make sure the rooms are blocked and the necessary information is filled in
Answer telephone calls in a friendly and polite manner to help customers with many different needs: booking rooms, asking for directions, checking availability, asking for VIP services etc
Support hotel teams in communicating reservation information and contribute to our guests satisfaction when staying with us
Working closely with Front Office, Sales and Revenue Management to ensure the hotels strategy is implemented
Give feedback to management on customers returns and expectations
