Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Must answer the radio call within 3 attempts(when a radio is assigned)
- To complete all guest related service requests within 30 minutes
- Complete all non-guest related work order requests as scheduled in a professional and timely manner, taking care to clean up completely after work is done and/or request Housekeeping support
- To assist with all duties in the Engineering Department including all aspect of mechanical repairs, electrical work and painting.
- To assist the Engineering Supervisor in day to day duties
- Must be able to keep a detailed log book
- Ongoing dedication to exceptional guest service, both to internal and external guests
- To carry out all work in a safe manner, following all guidelines as outlined in the Health & Safety Program
