As a Commis Chef, you will be an integral part of the kitchen brigade, working closely with senior chefs to assist in preparing and presenting exceptional dishes. You will support the kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, helping to maintain the hotel鈥檚 reputation for top-quality dining.
In this role, you will learn and develop your skills across different kitchens and specially in Cold Larder, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection, in line with the Sofitel brand's luxurious and French-inspired culinary style.
