The Director – Learning & Development is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs across Palace operations to ensure high service standards, employee capability development, and leadership pipeline growth. The role supports a culture of continuous learning aligned with hospitality brand standards and guest experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization’s Learning & Development strategy.
Design training programs for service excellence, operational skills, and leadership development.
Lead onboarding, departmental training, and management development programs.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and SOP training across properties.
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning initiatives.
Track training effectiveness using performance metrics and guest feedback.
Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
