Job Description
Deliver consistently professional, friendly and engaging service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Ensure prompt and courteous communication with both internal departments and external corporate clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in line with the hotel鈥檚 revenue strategy.
Proactively solicit new corporate, group, transient and banquet business through structured action plans and market research.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Prepare proposals, define commercial parameters, negotiate rates and contractual terms, and confirm agreements through written contracts.
Conduct client meetings, sales calls, site inspections and outside appointments to strengthen market presence.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, conventions, networking events and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales activities and pipeline updates within CRM and relevant sales systems.
Work closely with Catering, Events, Revenue and Front Office teams to ensure all contractual details are executed flawlessly and guests depart satisfied.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maximize revenue opportunities.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and forecasts as required.
Balance operational, administrative and team collaboration responsibilities effectively.
Follow departmental policies, brand standards and all corporate health & safety procedures.
