Job Description

Perform general and specialised cooking duties within the banquet kitchen
Ensure all food produced is prepared in line with kitchen recipes and presentation standards
Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within the kitchen and food outlets
Support the kitchen team during banquet and event service operations
Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen team members when required
Contribute to a positive team environment while promoting flexibility and productivity within the kitchen
