As a Reservations Supervisor, you will lead a team a small team in the reservations department. You report directly to the Director of Revenue and oversee reservations for corporate and leisure guests. As Reservations Supervisor, you play a crucial role in assisting our hotel guests from their initial inquiry to their arrival.
- Supervise and support the reservations team in handling bookings.
- Safely and securely handle payment transactions, verifying billing details for accuracy
- Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the property management system.
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking restrictions to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Train and mentor reservations staff on systems, procedures, and service standards.
- Liaise with Sales, Revenue Management, and Front Office teams to ensure booking accuracy and smooth guest arrivals.
- Monitor reservation channels (phone, email, online travel agents) and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Identify upselling opportunities and ensure the team actively promotes room upgrades and packages.
- Resolve reservation discrepancies, guest issues, and booking amendments.
