- Maintain Food and Beverage service standards, and ensure efficient guest registration, departure, and telephone service.
- Actively promote Sofitel practices and programs.
- Ensure that guest problems and complaints are handled in a professional courteous manner and ensure follow through by proper record keeping of the results in Trust You and internal guest feedback.
- Proactive adherence to the Food and Beverage and Front Office brand standards across the hotel including guest focus, Ambassador Appearance, department organisation, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests.
- Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the departments.
- Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude.
- Perform tasks within a timely manner.
- Implement training programs for all employees, conduct induction and skills training.
- Carry out reception, Food and Beverage and Front Office communications and concierge duties as required.
