Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Fairmont Residences Manager to lead the operations of our luxury residential offering in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Fairmont Residences, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will lead a dedicated team, drive operational excellence, and create memorable experiences for residence owners and long-stay guests.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Fairmont Residences, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to Fairmont鈥檚 luxury service standards
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Manage guest and residence owner relations, ensuring exceptional service experiences while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion
Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards that enhance efficiency while maintaining the luxury lifestyle experience expected by our guests and owners
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including guest satisfaction scores, operational efficiency, and financial performance
Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets
Coordinate with Rooms, Concierge, Butler Service, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a personalized guest journey
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local Saudi Arabian requirements
Conduct staff training and development programs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
Implement tailored services and lifestyle programs for residence owners and long-stay guest
