As Mama’s Front Office Supervisor, you’ll help create the warm, seamless, and joyful experience that defines our brand. You will:
- Lead and support the Front Office team during daily operations.
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and cared for — Mama-style.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and challenges with charm, confidence, and a smile.
- Assist with training, coaching, and inspiring our reception team members.
- Support check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest engagement processes.
- Maintain strong communication with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other teams to keep operations smooth.
- Uphold Mama’s service culture, guest experience standards, and internal policies.
- Must do night duties as scheduled.
