Supervise daily laundry operations (guest laundry, staff uniforms, and hotel linen).
Ensure timely processing and delivery of laundry requests (regular & express).
Monitor fabric care, stain treatment, and quality control standards.
Train and guide laundry staff on SOPs and safety procedures.
Manage inventory of linen, chemicals, and supplies.
Maintain equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when required.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Prepare daily reports on laundry volume, costs, and performance.
