About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled, passionate, and creative Pizza Chef to join our culinary team during the high season, from May through September. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing exceptional pizzas that combine high-quality ingredients, artisanal techniques, and creative presentation.
Working closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team, you will ensure every pizza reflects the hotel’s luxury lifestyle dining experience, delivering consistency, flavor, and quality across all services.

What you’ll do...
Pizza Preparation & Culinary Execution
Prepare and cook a variety of artisan pizzas, ensuring high-quality standards in flavor, texture, and presentation.
Prepare and manage pizza dough, sauces, and toppings, ensuring consistency and freshness.
Operate and maintain pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure all pizzas are prepared and served according to menu specifications and brand standards.
Operations & Guest Experience
Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and speed during service, especially during high-volume periods.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination with other outlets and menu offerings.
Contribute ideas for new pizza flavors, seasonal toppings, and menu enhancements.
Ensure guest expectations are met through consistent product quality and presentation.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Support a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Assist junior team members when required and share best practices in pizza preparation.
Quality & Standards
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ingredient preparation and inventory.
Facilities & Support
Maintain pizza preparation stations, ovens, and kitchen areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Follow all health, safety, and brand standards at all times.
Work closely with Stewarding, Engineering, and F&B teams to ensure operational efficiency.
