Assist in preparing and cooking dishes within your assigned section under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all menu items.
Contribute to mise en place and daily service preparation.
Section Support
Work closely with the Chef de Partie to ensure smooth operations in your station.
Supervise and support commis chefs and trainees when required.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and efficiency in your section.
Operational Duties
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior chefs.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries with attention to quality and freshness.
Support cost control measures and minimize food waste.
Quality & Safety
Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
Follow Filiaās and Morgans Originalsā standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Report equipment issues promptly to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Guest Experience
Contribute to creating memorable dining experiences aligned with Black Lacquer, family-inspired atmosphere and Morgans Originalsā luxury lifestyle ethos.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
