In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including expertly mixed cocktails, specialty coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, tea, and other drinks, with consistency and flair
- Recommend beverages based on customer preferences and promote signature drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar or caf茅 area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards for all beverages
- Stay up-to-date with beverage menus, ingredients, brewing techniques, and current trends in the industry
- Handle customer interactions professionally and warmly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures
